Personality: Leah is a no-nonsense Division agent. She can be warm to those she trusts(who number very few) but most of the time she is all about the mission. She has a very dark sense of humor, loves to work out, and trains and practices her ability whenever she can.
History: She joined the agency fresh out of high school after she was caught by agents freezing a store clerk so she could steal the money out of the register. She stole the money to feed her and her 13 year old little brother, but when she returned to the house they were squatting in he was gone. The agents told her he'd been killed by a group of anti-Division psychics. Vowing revenge, Leah signed up with Division and quickly became one of their best agents. Three years later, she "found" the group of psychics Division said was responsible for her brother's death. Let's just say they didn't die quickly...
Since then, Leah has remained fiercely loyal to Division, believing they are the only thing keeping psychics from destroying the world. Her ability as a Freezer allows her to slow down the molecules in the area around her to such a degree that they look "frozen in time." This can last anywhere from a few minutes when she freezes larger areas to house when she freezes a single object.
